2003    The Blue Mountains Photography Workshops co-founded by Peter Adams and portrait photographer Graham McCarter.

2004    Victoria Jefferys (book publisher) and Paul Burrows (photographer and magazine editor) joined the Blue Mountains Photography Workshops as managing director and photographer/technical expert respectively.

2005    The Old Post Office in Medlow Bath was leased as a full time studio and gallery for the Blue Mountains Photography Workshops.

2003-08    A series of alternative workshops – including portraiture, landscape, nude, lighting, studio and darkroom workshops – were held in the Blue Mountains and later at Glen Davis Shale Mine. Around 500 students attended these workshops.

2008    Blue Mountains Photography Workshops ceased trading.
